IVR: Interactive Voice Response

A system for automating call outs for local dispatch start times.
You can schedule the system to call each employee to advise them of their start times.
Employee can call in to retrieve their start times.

System can be expanded to allow other capabilities.
For example: call customer to advise them of truck arrival time.
In the case where a truck is making many “home” deliveries, the delivery customer can be notified that the truck is on the way.
This would be enabled by the local dispatcher tripping the “on the way” flag on an order.

The IVR system is built on Asterisk.
